If one wants to abide in the thought free state a struggle is inevitable. One must find one’s way trough before regaining one’s original primal state.

When we turn the mind inwards God manifests as the inner consciousness.

No one succeeds without effort. Those who succeed owe their success to perseverance.

Of course we loosely talk of realisation for want of a better term. How to real-ise or make real that which itself is real?

Therefore, realisation is for everyone; realisation makes no difference between the aspirants.

If realisation is not eternal it is not worth having.

Meditation helps concentration…

Some ideas are like low-hanging fruits and others are like diamonds — hard to find and very precious. The choice is between the easy or the hard path to truth. Some minds have a tendency to take the path of least resistance while others choose pain and hassle. I think it’s about a certain discipline of the mind that one must acquire, a supportive framework for digging out personal truth and deep understanding.

The low hanging fruit modus operandi - Constantly seeking gratification and pleasure. - Ignoring painful ideas or truths. - Accepting norms - Believing what most people believe…

The good

I just watched this documentary on Netflix; “The social network dilemma” it’s a good one; if you spend more than 2h/day on insta, fb, tw, &co — consider watching it. It was not entirely news for me. I am familiar with how user data is collected, processed, analyzed, and monetized but not at this scale. In this documentary, you get to hear the people who design these platforms and algorithms and what they have to say about manipulating millions of users for the sake of corporate profit. …

Writing is a form of meditation. First, what is meditation? For me, it is embodying a calm mindset. This becomes possible when, seated in a comfortable posture with eyes closed, I focus all my attention on the breath. Or when I do yoga and observe the sensations emerging in my body as I move from one asana into another. I notice the same calming effect when writing about my own mind.

A quest for personal truth, which is often elusive. I’d be much better at decorticating someone else’s mind for sure, but when it comes to me, oh, it gets…

And there’s this sensation where you want something, but you can’t tell precisely what is that you want; it gets on your nerves. It’s frustrating. It’s a very particular feeling of incompleteness. It’s as if you’re a puzzle, and you’re missing one or more pieces without which you cannot complete yourself. I feel like that today. A new month of confinement starting tonight, is this the reason? I miss people, remember clubbing nights with people all around everybody dancing music booming, DJ killing it all night long. Some sexy girls, some friends some x some smoke, hot n fun all…

How often do we think about God? To what extent you bring God into your life and let Him guide. I’ve seen people who are uneasy believing in God because it’s this idea of church that gets in the way. The idea that it’s made to control masses to put people in a position of obedience, of following religious norms and values. Jesus said live today to the fullest and let tomorrow take care of itself. I want to rid myself of the mundane fears that keep me from being my best me. When I have faith in God, I…

When you ask yourself this question, “what drives me?” you can find a bunch of answers? getting this or that or not getting into this situation which is detrimental or that situation that doesn’t make you feel so convenient. If you want to do an exercise, take a sheet of paper and write this question: what drives me? And then write your answers underneath, with bullet points. Keep each point short and focused. Think well; you can write as many as you like. Go on start; I’ll stick around till you’re done. Done? — Great!

I realized that the most…

When fixed thought doesn’t work, you must look for an exit. The exit is not always evident, but it’s always an option. It is not signaled as you are used to seeing it, uppercase EXIT lit in green. It is somewhere, however, hidden in the dark. Do you have a lantern on you? Can you turn it on? Now, look around and take small steps. What do you see? Keep paying attention at every step you take and move steadily; make sure not to change direction. You will eventually arrive at the exit. It’s a paradox; knowing the world, you…

He stopped for a mere second and, looking straight into my eyes, said: “Dare to dream.” and kept on walking into the vastness of the desert. I looked after him until he disappeared into the waves of heat rising from the burning ground. It’s been about 4 hours since I was trying to get my car out of the sand. My girlfriend told me not to go alone because I could get stuck and she was right. I was pissed off because she was right, and that drove me mad. I tried everything to get the fucking car out! I…

The unfolding of reality is unidirectional, a flow of events that move from the past into the future. Every event contained within this flow is unique, acknowledging of it happens instantly, the moment it is experienced. Depending on its importance, the mind will give it further attention to understand it better, to make sense of it. Everything that is made sense of, create a change within the mind. Acknowledging of Every single event will trigger a subconscious chain of co-relations or nullifications; readjustment of perceptions or previously made axioms with regard to actual situations or desires. This one-time event will…
